The beach access is fantastic; it's right there after the casino, and great for fishing. Our room was not well maintained with dirty areas and some broken fixtures. The happy hour at Bubba Gump's was excellent. Staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long waits for service. Would consider a return if the issues are addressed.

The pool area is stunning, with a great vibe and awesome drinks at the swim-up bar. Rooms lack refrigerators, which would be helpful especially after late-night snacks. The casino offers lots of gaming options but can get crowded during peak hours. Friendly staff made for a pleasant experience overall.

Morton's Steak House was a highlight for our anniversary, and the pool provided a great escape amidst the chaos. the dirty rooms and damp odor were frustrating. I had to switch rooms twice, and the missing mini fridge was a letdown. The check-in process was rocky, too, with computers down. We were excited for evening swims, only to find the pool closed early. Despite the beautiful location and great food options, the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest needs makes me hesitant to return. The potential is there, but it needs better execution.

The rooms had a damp smell, and the carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. We also found some cleanliness issues like used soap left in the shower and trash in random places. It was a bummer that there was no refrigerator in the room, and the coffee maker was missing parts. One major inconvenience was the lack of housekeeping service; for the price we paid, we expected daily cleaning. the check-in process was confusing, and some staff members were rude or unhelpful.

I had a blast diving into the H20 Pool with its swim-up bar! The staff was friendly and the room was super clean with a fantastic balcony view. Morton's Steakhouse made my birthday dinner absolutely delicious!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the ocean view is fantastic. There's a great pool area perfect for relaxation after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the ocean and is surrounded by fun attractions like the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum and a variety of great restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Biloxi. You can find popular spots like Bubba Gump Shrimp Co and Margaritaville Restaurant within a quick 5-minute walk, while the vibrant nightlife can be enjoyed at other nearby casinos just a few minutes away. The staff provided excellent service, particularly at the pool area where Cameron was really helpful and friendly.

Located close to other casinos & the ocean, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and the room was spotless , loved having a balcony to relax on after a long day of adventures.

Parking was a nightmare , dark and cramped spaces made it a hassle. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room during the three, night stay, and basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, or coffee maker were missing in the standard rooms.

the golden nugget was spotless and the location by the beach was perfect for chilling. the staff were super friendly and helpful. my room had a terrace view which was amazing, and the no-carpet thing was a winner. also, the valet service was a top-notch touch. everything was great - but the standout was morton's steakhouse. their food and service were next level.
